Once your payment is successful, open the app and go to your Dashboard or My Courses section. The purchased course appears there automatically. Tap the course to start learning. If it doesn’t show up, refresh the app—if still missing, your payment likely didn’t sync, so contact support.
Go to My Courses → open the course you want to extend → tap Extend Validity (or Renew) → choose the extension plan → complete the payment. The new validity period updates instantly. If the option doesn’t appear, your course either doesn’t support extensions or it’s already expired beyond the allowed window.
Select the course you want → tap Buy/Enroll → on the payment screen, enter your coupon or referral code in the discount field → apply it → confirm the updated price → complete the payment. If the code doesn’t work, it’s either expired, invalid, or doesn’t apply to that course.

Make sure your internet connection isn’t the problem.
Close the app and reopen the lesson.

Yes, tests are included, but the frequency depends on the course structure. Most courses offer weekly or module-wise tests. Some only add a test after major topics. Don’t expect daily quizzes unless the course explicitly says so.

Only if the course offers one. Most paid courses provide a certificate upon successful completion, which you can download from the app. Free courses or trial versions usually don’t include certificates. Always check the course description before enrolling if certification matters to you.
If the course provides recordings, you can watch the missed live class later in the My Courses section. If no recording is available, tough luck—you’ll have to catch up on your own or ask the instructor if they offer any support.
